We care for all our guests – period! It is certainly not a nice experience for a person with mobility issues to try and navigate the stairs of a big bus. This service is sourced by us where they can roll on and roll off the vehicle with a lift located at the back of the vehicle. Unfortunately it is a tad expensive compared to the shuttle but certainly more worth it at the end of the day.

FOR PRIVATE TRANSFERS ON A CRUISE DAY.
We have a very important GOLDEN RULE!
Arrive in Durban BEFORE 11h00 and then depart AFTER 11h00 on the day of your cruise!
So many passengers miss their cruise due to delayed flights – Don’t let that be you!

Our private vehicles need to be booked at least 1 week in advance.

Although we concentrate mostly on cruise ship transfers, we do offer drop off points anywhere in KwaZulu Natal, any day and at any time. Ask for a quote.

None of our vehicles are more than 3 years old and all have air-conditioning, are maintained by their respective dealers, and carry public carrier permits. Our drivers are all in possession of professional public driving permits. Passenger liability cover of R10 million per incident is included.
Our drivers will meet you in the the arrival hall or hotel foyer with your name on a welcome board (at the airport). If for any reason you can not find him, kindly call Charles on 072 874 0859.
We guarantee a waiting time of 1 hour at the airport after your scheduled arrival time. IF YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT YOUR FLIGHT IS DELAYED, PLEASE CALL US WELL BEFORE YOU BOARD.

FROM THE AIRPORT:
Make sure that you land at KSIA before 11h00.
We operate a shuttle desk at the Mugg & Bean Restaurant where you will need to register first and have your documents checked.
If you have not purchased your shuttle in advance, you can buy a ticket at the M&B.
Our shuttles run on the hour, every hour from 08h00 with the last bus departing at 12h00. We may not depart after this time as the harbour terminal closes promptly at 13h30 and their doors get locked.
Once you have registered at the desk, you will receive a coloured disc to board the bus at a specific time. Please do not be late as the bus will be loaded with standby passengers and you may need to wait for the last bus at 12h00!
Hand your bags to a porter and make sure that you have an MSC luggage tag attached.
Driving time to the port is 45 minutes approx. 

FROM THE HARBOUR:
If you bought your shuttle directly from MSC, then on the last night of your cruise a bus pass will be placed under your cabin door with new luggage tags. If you purchased a ticket directly from us you would have already received either a voucher by email or a bus pass from the M&B desk. No further action is required. Shuttles at the port run on a ‘fill up and then go’ basis from 06h30 to 09h00. However, please note that there are no buses in the port between 08h00 and 09h00 approx. as they would all have left already. No need to worry, they will be back for you.
IMPORTANT: If you have a late flight home, please delay your disembarkation a bit to allow people with early flights to disembark first. Passengers with flights prior to 11h00 need to disembark first.
Remember, you need to be at the airport 1 hour before your flight then add an hour for driving time to be safe but traffic conditions could have an effect on your times.

Remember to collect your luggage in the luggage hall before you leave the terminal. Make sure to read the luggage tag to make sure you do not take someone else’s luggage as fixing that problem could be a costly exercise!
