Can I get a refund?

The simplest answer to this question is "NO"!

Due to the nature of our business, we are not able to issue a refund within the 14 days before departure, and even more so on the day!
What we can do, is to give you a 'Deferred Shuttle Voucher' for the full amount which is valid for the balance of cruise departures in the current season.
Shuttle tickets are valid for any cruise departure date in the current season.
Tickets are NOT transferrable within the 14 days before the cruise.
