We provide shuttle transfers exclusively between King Shaka International Airport and Durban Cruise Terminal for MSC cruise clients. If you need a pickup from your home, hotel, or any other location in KwaZulu-Natal, we recommend booking with SuperShuttle who offer door-to-door service across the province.
When you arrive at King Shaka Airport, head to our desk at the Mugg & Bean where you'll be allocated a timeslot. Shuttle timeslots are: Mondays 8am to 12pm (selected cruises until 10am) and Fridays 8am to 10am.
Our shuttles operate on a fill-up-and-go basis from the Durban Cruise Terminal between 6:30am and 9am. All passengers are required to disembark the ship by 9am, which is when our last shuttle departs for King Shaka Airport.
Yes! Our harbour staff can assist you with booking your return transfer, or you can book online.
Our vehicles accommodate 1 bag per person and 1 carry-on. If you have excess luggage or bulky items like golf clubs, please mention it when booking so we can arrange appropriate transport.
Our team is at the Mugg & Bean during our operating hours (Mondays 8am-12pm, selected cruises until 10am; Fridays 8am-10am). As long as your flight lands within these times, head to our desk and you'll be allocated the next available shuttle.
We offer discounted rates for groups of 10 or more passengers on one-way trips from the airport to the port only. Round trips cannot be discounted. Contact us directly for a group quote.
